Incorrect artist mapping is a common issue that happens across the digital services and for all distributors. If you share an artist name with other artists, it's possible your release could be incorrectly mapped to another artist's page or even a brand new artist page. If you notice your release is on the wrong page on Apple Music/Spotify we can help get your release moved to the correct page for you.


If your release appears on the wrong artist page on Apple Music/Spotify, please contact us via email with the following details:

  • Release Title 

  • Artist Name 

  • Release UPC Code 

  • Link to your correct Apple Music/Spotify


Important: The name on the correct artist page must match the artist name we delivered in the metadata of your release or we will not be able to help move the release.


Once we have this information, we'll get in touch with Apple/Spotify to amend your release's mapping. You should see your release moved to the correct page within 5 working days.


Note: Artist mapping issues do not affect your streaming data or royalties payments.
